It serves as a crucial tool for self-evaluation and goal measurement, enabling stakeholders to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth. This assessment not only aids in recognizing accomplishments but also guides future planning by informing strategic decisions and setting priorities for the upcoming year. It plays a pivotal role in fostering accountability, learning from experiences, and continually enhancing performance to ensure sustained success.
